The New Learning Hub at the Senior Campus of SCEGGS Redlands had the installation of over 1000 square metres of torch on PVC membrane which lined podium decks and planter boxes. Waterproofing Integrity’s inspections were utilised to identify where welds may not be completely binding or breaches may have occurred from the movement of other trades onsite.

The revitalisation of the Lindfield Learning Village aims to return this site to former glory. Stage 2 involved the installation of a waterproofing system that provided insulation and a method for ongoing testing and inspections.

This high profile redevelopment of this High School on the fringe of the Sydney CBD had Waterproofing Integrity involved to provide waterproofing quality control on waterproofing application on this project. With a number of open areas and a tight schedule, electronic leak detection was used to test areas to confirm compliance prior to further works.
