As President of the Australian Institute of Waterproofing, he is a recognised industry leader dedicated to advancing waterproofing practices.

Brad has been a key driver of Waterproofing Integrity’s growth since 2020, bringing a strong background in sales, operations, and risk management to lead high-level client engagement and strategic partnerships.

Georgina is bringing extensive architectural experience from leading firms across Australia, England, and New Zealand. Since joining in 2022, she has streamlined workflows and strengthened stakeholder relationships across complex projects, backed by dual architecture degrees.

Sarah is a multidisciplinary design and compliance professional with extensive experience across India and Australia, specialising in interior design, building design, and regulatory compliance. At Waterproofing Integrity, she delivers NCC/BCA-compliant waterproofing documentation backed by strong technical knowledge of Australian Standards.

Jonah is a Structural Engineer and registered member of Engineers Australia who joined Waterproofing Integrity in 2023, bringing expertise in tanking and drained design solutions gained across major projects in Africa. His technical insight provides clients with well-rounded perspectives on basement waterproofing considerations.

With over a decade of experience in diagnostics, remedial design, and project management, Anthony provides expert oversight across complex projects, bridging architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver practical solutions that protect assets and manage risk.

Jean-Pierre (JP) is a Waterproofing Consultant and AIW member with a Bachelor of Construction Management, specialising in defect investigation, remedial scope development, and construction delivery. Known for his structured approach and commercial awareness, he delivers practical, compliance-driven outcomes across commercial, infrastructure, and cultural projects.

Reece is a Technical Manager and Independent Consultant with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), offering expert advice to developers and Tier 1 builders on high-risk waterproofing systems, defect diagnostics, and remediation strategies across landmark projects including Sydney Metro and the National Gallery of Australia. He leads technical teams to deliver consistent, evidence-based, and defensible outcomes grounded in Australian Standards compliance.

Kieran is a Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW) who manages Waterproofing Integrity’s Brisbane office, leading a team delivering design consultations, compliance inspections, and on-site testing. With over 15 years of experience in the construction chemicals industry, including senior roles at Sika, he brings deep technical expertise and strong project management capability to every engagement.

Anthony is a Regional Manager with over 20 years of experience across construction materials, waterproofing systems, and technical sales. He oversees regional performance and client relationships, known for translating complex technical requirements into practical outcomes with a hands-on, site-aware leadership style.

With over 25 years of experience as a licensed Waterproofing Technician, this consultant brings exceptional depth across a wide range of applications, having delivered projects for Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders across government, hospital, and high-rise developments.
