I can't recommend Waterproofing Integrity enough, especially Jean-Pierre! We were dealing with an absolute nightmare of a leaking balcony where the builders and project managers kept making excuses and giving us the runaround. I reached out to Waterproofing Integrity, and Jean-Pierre provided an independent inspection. He was incredibly thorough and found all the hidden issues the builders tried to sweep under the rug – like missing drainage flanges, unsealed penetrations, and blatant building code breaches. But what was the best was his ongoing support. When the project manager tried to aggressively dismiss the report, Jean-Pierre stepped right up, stood by his findings, and gave me the exact technical advice I needed to fight back and demand a proper fix. If you're dealing with dodgy builder excuses or stressful water leaks, do yourself a favor and call this team. Amazing service, bulletproof technical knowledge, and they genuinely care about helping you get a fair result.

We’ve had a great experience working with Waterproofing Integrity on the Versatile Construction Tallowwood project. Their approach has been extremely thorough, professional, and collaborative from start to finish. What really stood out was their willingness to work closely with all parties involved and take the time to understand the project constraints, details, and objectives. They’ve been very accommodating and constructive, particularly in working through innovative solutions alongside Versatile Construction, which made the process far smoother than you’d normally expect on a complex Class 2 project. Their openness and technical support in helping integrate the Stile Board system has been a big positive. It’s refreshing to work with consultants who don’t shy away from innovation and instead engage with it properly to ensure compliance, performance, and quality outcomes.
